something that made me smile
After my year 7 French class today, one kid said to another: "She's a cool French teacher".
That put a big smile of my face.
Funny how a few words can make a big difference.

It's always great to know that somebody has enjoyed or benefitted from your time. (My greatest love is people who nod in seminars: you think thank god somebody's still listening.)
Yes, I can agree with that... I'm just starting to panic about the kanji class I have to teach on Tuesday.... I have to switch off though - it's Friday!
